I am an early childhood educator with over 16 years of experience fostering curious, resilient, and kind learners. I create welcoming, inclusive classrooms where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and express themselves. My approach centers on play-based learning, hands-on activities, and evidence-based strategies that support social-emotional development, language acquisition, and early literacy and numeracy. I design developmentally appropriate transitions, routines, and provocations that honor each child’s pace and interests. I differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs, including English learners and children with developmental differences, using hands-on materials, visual supports, and small-group instruction.
